Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We do not ship on holidays or weekends.

Free Shipping Orders: Please allow 2-3 business days for processing time in our warehouse and 3-5 business days for shipping time in transit.

Express Shipping (2 day and Overnight): Orders received before 12 EST will ship out same day.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund*

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned. No exceptions.

Please ensure that returns are postmarked within 30 days of date of receipt - otherwise they will not be accepted. Please be sure to include a copy of your original packing slip or something that indicates your name and order number.

You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of receipt of your return. All return packages have to go through an inspection process before returning to inventory so it does take more time than the outbound shipment.

Example, if we receive your return on October 1st, you should expect that it will be processed for re-stock within 15-20 days and then it will go to batch refund to post with our end of the month close out so you should see the refund post at the end of the month. We are a small company and cannot process returns in the same way of some of the larger companies can  with robots and scanning technology, so please bear with us. We provide USPS return labels for all returned items. All returns will be scanned upon receipt in our warehouse. We are not responsible for any returns that did not make it to our warehouse when using your own return label.
